  FlowAgent points you to flow creation

  When you ask the FlowAgent assistant to create a flow, it now explains how instead of just saying "I can't": the "+ New flow" button (in Manual mode or AI generation — describe the process in words and the AI drafts it) and the Copilot inside the designer. It also offers a "Create a new flow" card that opens the right modal directly — already in AI mode if you mentioned AI. The agent doesn't create the flow for you, but it takes you exactly where to do it.
