Add extra manual tasks on the fly to a single item
-
Feature
Extra manual tasks added on the fly to a single item
In the **designer**, every status now has an **"Allow manual add"** option: when enabled, you choose **which roles** (system or custom) may add manual tasks in that phase. Empty list = **Admin only**; ReadOnly is always excluded. When an item sits in a status with the option on, authorized users see an **"Add task"** button in the item detail: describe the task, **assign** it to someone (optional) and choose whether it is **blocking** (default: no). It is an extra task valid **only for that item** and does not change the flow for the others. Handy for case-by-case checks (an extra control, a one-off request) without touching the process design. Added tasks follow the normal lifecycle: assignment, notification, completion, outcome; blocking ones hold the item until they are closed.

Design
Designer: status options related to tasks grouped together
In a status panel, the settings that concern tasks — **Reschedule override**, **Default task policy** (require outcome / feedback) and **Allow manual add** — have moved from the *Properties* tab to the **Tasks** tab, inside a collapsible **"Task options"** section (collapsed by default). So when you open the Tasks tab you see the task list right away and expand the options only when needed. The three-state selectors (**Inherit / No / Yes**) are now aligned and fully readable even when the panel is narrow.
