v0.28.2

June 29, 2026

WIP is now visible: badges and actions right on the item and the board, so you grasp at a glance what is queued and why — plus an alert for updates you have not read yet.

  • Feature

    Visible & operable WIP

On the item: a "status reason" badge shows why the item is where it is (timed out, max iterations, WIP-redirected), an "In WIP queue" badge with its queue position, and — where the phase allows it — a button to force admit (override) with a reason. On the board (Monitor): each item shows the "In WIP queue" badge when waiting and a `P{n}` priority chip, and a new "In WIP queue" filter isolates everything parked waiting for capacity in one click.

  • Improvement

    What's New: unseen-updates alert + search

A small animated badge on the What's New button shows the number of versions you have not read yet, until you open the page (where the new items are highlighted) and the alert clears. Plus a search box to filter the updates by text. Minor: WIP limit field hints updated (number or expression), a negative WIP limit is now rejected with a clear message, and a WIP-redirect target state is made reachable automatically to avoid items "stuck" by a config slip.
