  Export PDF (new)

  From the **Process Map** (⚙ Settings → "Export PDF…") and from the **flow detail page**: a popup asks what to include — for maps also **which subflows** (up to 30), then **documented phases and tasks** and **Analytics data** with a period of your choice (**30/60/90 days or a custom date range**). The result is a **multi-page print view**: cover with your workspace logo, artifact version and status, table of contents, a **graph snapshot** for the map and each subflow, **phase-by-phase cards** with described tasks, and the **period number tables** (time per phase, costs, automation). One click on "Print / Save PDF" and the browser generates the document.

• Security

  Sensitive data never in the document

  Tasks are described in business language: a webhook shows the called service but **never the full URL or tokens**; an AI task shows the model and only the beginning of the prompt; technical configurations are never included verbatim. Period numbers are **faithful to the chosen range** (phases still open at the end of the period are measured up to it, not up to today), and the automation section is clearly labeled as "current state" since it does not depend on the period.
