New: manual work with estimated costs on Process Maps — manual procedures and documents declare what they cost, the Cost lens compares them with flows, and Diagnostics tells you what to automate first.

Manual work with estimated costs
**Estimates on "Manual procedure" and "Document" nodes**: from the node panel you declare minutes per run, cost type (€/minute or € per run), value and runs per month — the same cost model as tasks, consistent to the cent. The Document node also gets a **direction** (incoming, outgoing, transformation), shown as an arrow next to the icon. With the **Cost lens** active, estimated nodes join the heatmap alongside linked flows, with the period cost prefixed by "≈" and a dashed border — an estimate is never confused with measured data. Estimates travel with the map (export/import and new versions); no database migration needed.

Automation candidates in Diagnostics
In cockpit mode, Diagnostics lists the most expensive manual nodes per month, sorted and clickable ("✋ Invoice entry — ≈€480/month"), plus the map total "€X · of which ≈€Y estimated" and a warning for procedures without an estimate. Map health exposed to Flow Agent and MCP now includes automation candidates and the count of nodes without an estimate — aggregates only, never item contents.
