v0.37.0

July 7, 2026

Two Process Map additions: item outcomes & score (won/lost, plus a running score to measure win rate and quality), and What-if on the map (simulate “if I automate these points, how much do I save and when do I break even?”).

  • Feature

    Final-state outcomes and item score

**Business outcome on final states** — each final state can declare Positive (OK), Negative (KO) or Neutral, shown as a green/red/grey dot on the node. **Item score**: every state can assign a score delta (±), applied on each entry and accumulated along the path — rework states with negative deltas “punish themselves”. `{{item.score}}` is available in transition rules. You see it in the item header (with the +2/−5 delta in the timeline), a **Score** column in the Monitor, and **win rate** + average score in flow Analytics and on the map (KO% and average score per node); the assistant and MCP expose these aggregates too. Fully backwards-compatible (neutral / 0 by default); values travel with export/import, new versions and templates.

  • Feature

What-if on the map — automation ROI simulation

**Scenario mode right on the canvas**: enter What-if from the map toolbar and click the nodes you’d automate; a side panel computes monthly saving and payback in real time. It combines the **measured** human cost of linked flows with the **estimates** of manual-work nodes — the two are never summed without a label (every total shows the measured / ≈ estimated split). Set-up cost per node (with override), editable residual %, and payback in months. **Copy summary** puts a clean text on the clipboard for the client; **Refine in flow** opens the per-task ROI simulator; from Diagnostics’ automation candidates there’s “Try in what-if”. Ephemeral and read-only — nothing is saved to the server, no migration. Premium feature.
