v0.40.0

July 11, 2026

The Saving Challenge is born: FlowSharp closes the loop "measure → automate → prove the savings". You can freeze a certified snapshot of a process’s costs (the *baseline*), attach a success-fee contract to it and see every month how much you are saving your client — with the fee already computed, an Excel export ready for accounting and every parameter tracked. It is the first premium feature with per-client activation. Contains a database migration.

  • Feature

    Certified cost baseline

Snapshot what a process costs, before improving it. From a process map’s settings the Admin picks an **observation window** (30/60/90 days or free dates): the system proposes the **cost per item** of each measured flow and the monthly cost of estimated manual work, flagging unreliable data (low volumes, tasks without a cost). Every proposed value can be corrected by hand, but **only by stating the reason**: corrections stay on record (who, when, why, original and corrected value). Then you **freeze**: from that moment the baseline is **immutable** — freezing again creates a new version and archives the previous one.

  • Feature

    Saving Challenge: the shared-savings contract

The contract lives in the product. A Challenge attaches to a frozen baseline and defines its terms: **duration** in months, **success fee %**, **agreed recurring costs** and an optional **minimum fee**. It is activated with an explicit gesture (the equivalent of a signature) and from then on the parameters are locked: renegotiations become **amendments** with an effective date, never silent edits. Every night FlowSharp computes the month’s row: real volume × baseline cost, minus measured operating cost, AI costs and recurring costs = **net saving**, from which the **accrued fee** (never negative, minimum fee honoured). Closed months are **consolidated** and never change; measured and estimated savings always stay separate. A draft Challenge shows past months "as if it were active" — the pre-signature sales tool — and a one-click **Excel export** delivers three sheets: Contract, Monthly detail (every column of the formula, recomputable by the client) and Per-flow detail. If a baseline flow is archived or deleted, the Challenge flags it: computation continues, but the contractual perimeter needs review.

  • Feature

First premium feature with per-client activation

Premium now actually switches on. The Saving Challenge is enabled **per client** by the SuperAdmin (Platform page): without activation the feature does not appear and the APIs answer "premium feature not enabled". It is the socket the Store Portal licensing will plug into. A new **"Saving" menu entry** (Admin only, with the premium badge) lists the challenges and opens the detail with the monthly dashboard, cumulative totals and contract actions.
