v0.41.0

July 11, 2026

The Automation Backlog is born: the "automation candidates" of your process maps stop being a suggestion that gets lost and become tracked initiatives — with costs, planned date, owner and external reference — governed by a dedicated flow all the way to the measured verification of the savings achieved. The "measure → automate → prove" loop now applies to the single initiative too. Contains a database migration.

  • Feature

    From candidate to tracked decision

**"Create task" right where the idea is born.** Every automation candidate (map cockpit Diagnostics) now has a button that turns it into an initiative, with cost and expected saving pre-filled. You can do the same from the **what-if scenario** (one task for the whole scenario or **one per selected node**), from the **AI Analysis** report, or **by hand** for ideas born outside the metrics. Candidates also gain memory: one with an initiative in progress shows an **"In progress"** badge, a dismissed one **leaves the ranking** instead of coming back forever.

  • Feature

A system flow governs the initiatives

**Every initiative is a FlowSharp item.** On first use, the **"Automation Backlog"** flow is created automatically (FlowSharp category, **System** badge): Proposed → Planned → In progress → Live → Verified, with Dismissed as the exit. Assignee, notifications and history work like any other item — FlowSharp using FlowSharp. You can customize it (add intermediate states, rename), but key states cannot be deleted and the system flow can be neither archived nor deleted.

  • Feature

    Measured verification of the savings

**"Prove ROI" for the single initiative.** When the automation is **Live**, verification compares the **cost frozen at task creation** with the current cost measured from the map: the realized saving is a number, not an opinion. Expected and realized live side by side on the task, with measured and estimated **always kept distinct**. Initiatives without a metric anchor keep the manual declared verification.

  • Feature

    "Automation" page: the transformation plan

**Global cross-map view** (new menu entry, premium feature): all the tenant’s initiatives with a **rollup** of expected, realized and invested amounts. On each initiative you can log **incurred costs**, planned date and **external code** (PM/ERP reference), and jump to the source item or map. In each map’s cockpit, the new **Automation** panel shows that map’s initiatives with verification one click away.

  • Improvement

    More readable item list

When an item has a title, the title leads the row; the technical identifier moves below it, smaller and dimmed.
