  Federated identity refinements

  Hosting-company preview across different installations. The cross-installation invite acceptance page now shows the inviting company's name and colour even when the two installations are on different domains. That preview no longer exposes the invitee's email address. Invite notification in the right language. The title of the workspace-invite notification now follows the user's interface language. Full traceability of federated logins. The actual opening of a session on another installation is now recorded in the audit log, in addition to the already-tracked exchange. Extra protection on invites. Accepting an invite is constrained to the correct case only (same installation), guarding against anomalous states.
