Demo Data Engine — realistic scenarios, ready to use: a SuperAdmin can now fill a tenant with a whole believable demo scenario in one click, to show FlowSharp "full" and working without building anything by hand. Two connected flows — sales pipeline and order fulfilment — are generated with about three months of realistic history (items in various states, processing times, costs and invented but plausible operators), a process map that links them, plus a baseline and a saving challenge already set up to tell the savings story. Everything is marked as demo data and removable in one click, without ever touching real customer data.

Realistic scenarios in the "Demo Data" tab
**One-click generation.** On the tenant management page (SuperAdmin), below the existing demo generator, a new "Realistic scenarios" section lets you pick the scenario — sales, fulfilment, or both — and generate the whole dataset with a single command. **Two connected processes with credible history.** A sales pipeline and an order-fulfilment flow are created, with work volumes spread over about three months: closed and open cases, lead times, per-task costs and assigned operators — so dashboards, history and analytics show real numbers right away, not an empty screen. **Process map, baseline and saving challenge ready to go.** The two flows are linked in a process map with a manual handoff highlighted as an automation candidate; a "frozen" baseline captures the starting costs and a saving challenge demonstrates the savings over time — the whole "measure → automate → prove ROI" story is visible without configuring anything. **Always marked and reversible.** Every generated element is labelled as demo data; a single "Delete" command removes the whole scenario cleanly (flows, items, map, baseline and challenge) without affecting the tenant's real data or any demo data generated with the other tool.
