**Benefit-oriented copy:** every entry tells what changes for whoever uses the product, without internal jargon or implementation details. **Whole history revisited:** all past releases were reviewed with the same criteria, for a uniform read. **Less noise:** internal decisions, deferrals and technical references not relevant to the user were removed from the public notes.
