Stricter permissions and a more accessible app: integration credentials and the automation backlog are now restricted to the right roles, the Copilot truly applies final-state outcomes, What-if no longer creates duplicate initiatives, and the sidebar, filters and dialogs are fully usable with keyboard and screen readers.

Credentials and backlog restricted to the right roles
Creating, listing and revoking your organization's MCP keys now requires the Admin role, as with API keys (personal keys remain available to every role; existing keys stay valid but are managed by Admins only). Items of a flow you cannot see are no longer readable or exportable, and the automation backlog — with estimated costs and owners — is visible to Admins and FlowDesigners only. Rounding this out, security headers were cleaned up: one canonical policy per header, with no duplicates or conflicts.

The Copilot truly applies final-state outcomes
Asking the Copilot to "set Completed as a positive outcome" now works: the assistant knows the final-state outcome field, and free-form phrasings like "positive" or "success" are mapped to the correct value instead of being silently dropped. What the Copilot confirms is what gets saved.

No duplicate initiatives from What-if
Creating automation tasks from Process Map nodes is now double-submit proof, even after a page reload: if a node already has an open initiative, the system recognizes it and tells you ("N created · M already present") instead of duplicating it. Your automation portfolio stays clean and its numbers trustworthy.

More reliable exports and filters
The xlsx export of a Saving Challenge is enabled only once at least one consolidated period exists — and when disabled it explains why. In the Item and Task filters, flows sharing the same name are now distinguishable thanks to code and version. And if archiving or restoring a procedure fails, a clear error message now appears.

Accessibility: keyboard and screen readers across the app
The sidebar now has readable names for every entry and control (no more symbols announced instead of "Dashboard" or "Flows"), a clearly visible focus even on the dark theme, and properly sized click targets. Item and Task filters are announced correctly, "New flow" and "New event" are true dialogs (managed focus, Escape to close), and procedure versions can be opened with the keyboard too.
