  Force transition for Admins

  From an item's detail page, an Admin can now move it to any state of the flow with a mandatory comment: it's the emergency valve to unblock stuck items. Every forced move is always recorded in the history and marked as such, so the audit tells exactly what happened.

  Permanent tenant deletion

  From the Platform page, a deactivated tenant now shows a "Delete" action: after confirming by typing its exact name, all of the organization's data (flows, items, users, maps, documents, uploaded files) is removed permanently and safely. You can't delete an active tenant or your own: deactivate first, then delete.

  Saturated phases and unlimited task lists

  In Analytics, the new "Saturated phases" card shows the phases that hit their work-in-progress limit, sorted by saturation with a direct link to the flow. And in the task list, the "Load more" button goes beyond the first 100: KPIs, kanban and calendar work on everything you've loaded, with no duplicates.

• Improvement

  Lighter startup and polish

  The Flow Agent assistant and the Management sections now load only when needed: about 330 kB less on every sign-in. Also: dates and numbers respect your language everywhere (including process maps), toast notifications stack instead of overlapping, the loading indicator is consistent across the app, empty Maps and SOP pages offer the create action right away, and previewing a flow with a long description no longer squeezes the header buttons.
