v0.53.0
July 20, 2026
More security control, more reliable data, no lost work: decide which external domains are allowed in embeds, maps no longer overwrite each other across tabs, flow names and codes become unique, and the Automation Plan stops counting phantom savings.
-
Security
Organization-governed embed domains
New **Security** section in Management: the Admin decides which external domains can be embedded in guides and tasks or linked from items. YouTube, Vimeo, Loom and Google Drive/Docs are pre-approved; a new domain arrives "pending approval" with a notification to the Admin, and until approved the content shows a shield with the link instead of being framed in the page.
-
Improvement
No more lost work on process maps
If the same process map is open in two tabs and one saves, the other — left on an older version — no longer silently overwrites the changes: it gets a warning to reload. Before, the second save wiped out the first one's work with no signal.
-
Improvement
Unique flow names and codes
You can no longer accidentally create two distinct flows with the same name or code in the same organization: the system suggests an alternative name. Different versions of the same flow keep sharing name and code, as they should. Also, a flow with two states sharing the same event code can no longer be published, so events and automations don't land on an ambiguous state.
-
Improvement
More reliable Automation Plan
An initiative whose source item was deleted is now marked "Source removed" and can be deleted with a click. And the "items per flow" chart finally shows the flows with the most active work — not the most recent ones — and reconciles with the total.
-
Design
Items calendar fixed
On organizations with many items the "All items" calendar came up empty; now it correctly loads the period's work. And a flow's delete confirmation shows the real item count, not just the ones loaded on screen.
