Search and filters that scale, with no rows silently disappearing: on items, tasks and events, search now works across the whole archive — no more hidden caps hiding older records. And embed-domain governance now recognizes content that already exists.

Complete item search
On a flow's page, search now finds items by their data content too, not just by reference or assignee; the assignee is picked from a dedicated list and every filter (status, assignee, dates, text) works across the whole set. Before, past a certain number of items, the oldest ones dropped out of view with no warning.

Task counters that finally tell the truth
On the Tasks page, the per-status counters (pending, running, done, failed) now reflect all tasks matching the current filters, not just the loaded page. Search and the "only mine" filter work across the whole archive, with "Load more" to page through.

Paginated, easier-to-handle events list
The event definitions list no longer loads the whole table at once: it pages with "Load more", search is instant, and the per-flow filter is now a searchable menu — handy when you have many flows.

Existing embed domains recognized
External domains already present in guides, tasks and item links are now detected and brought into the Security tab as "pending approval", with a notification to the Admin. Before, only domains added after governance was turned on were tracked; now the historical ones come under control too.
