Security update to the image-processing library. Same contents as 0.63.0, plus an update to the component that processes uploaded logos.

Image library updated
The component that resizes uploaded logos has been updated to the version that fixes four known vulnerabilities in the underlying library. In addition, uploading a corrupt or unreadable image file now returns a clear message ("invalid image") instead of a generic server error.
