  No more twin flows

  Name uniqueness compared text character by character: changing one capital letter, adding a space or inserting an invisible character was enough to create a second flow indistinguishable from the first in lists and menus — with a real risk of working on the wrong one. The comparison now ignores capitalisation, double spaces, zero-width characters and typographic variants. Identical names remain allowed, as before, across versions of the same flow and across demo flows.

  Importing a flow whose name is taken

  It returned a generic server error. It now responds with an understandable message and suggests an alternative name.

  The dashboard total matches the breakdown

  "Items in progress" counted items from all flows, while the per-flow chart showed only published ones: two different numbers on the same screen, which looked like a calculation error. The whole overview now considers the same set of flows.

  "Delete" and "Design" state their effect

  The delete confirmation generically said the flow "would only be disabled if it had items": it now counts the items before asking and states the real outcome — disabling, with the item count, or permanent deletion. And "Design" opened different versions depending on whether you started from the card or the table row: with a published flow and a draft, you could edit the published version believing you were working on the draft. It now always opens the most recent draft and shows which version it is about to open; "View" still shows the published version.

• Improvement

  Automation Plan: a more honest expected saving

  An initiative whose originating item was deleted kept adding to the expected saving total, inflating it. It is now excluded from the total, and the exclusion is stated below it ("N initiatives excluded (source removed)") instead of leaving an unexplained difference.
