Every flow measures what matters. KPIs computed on your data with formulas, thresholds and alerts; daily history, goals with automatic evaluation and trends with forecasting — all computed in-house, your numbers never leave the platform.

Feature
Flow KPIs: item metrics and aggregates
Flow settings gain a **KPIs** tab. **Item metrics** are formulas over declared fields and ready-made process metrics — age, lead time, worked minutes, human/automation/AI costs, score — computed and stored on every item at each write, visible in the item detail. **Flow KPIs** aggregate items (average, sum, min/max, counts by label, standard deviation) or combine other KPIs with formulas. The editor suggests available fields and metrics and explains errors with their exact position; labelled thresholds (e.g. "ok / warning / critical") colour cards and items.
-
Feature
Dashboard, history and trend with forecast
Chosen KPIs appear as cards on the flow dashboard — big number, gauge with target mark, or sparkline — and are snapshotted nightly to build history. The **multi-KPI trend** chart compares several series (dual axis for mixed units, "base 100" mode for heterogeneous behaviours) over 30 to 365-day windows, with **forecast and confidence band** computed internally: no external services, and below a minimum of history the forecast declares itself "insufficient" rather than making things up. "Recalculate history" rebuilds values and series in the background after definition changes.
-
Feature
KPI goals and alerts
Every flow KPI can carry a **goal**: value or label target with a date, baseline frozen at creation and direction inferred automatically (growth or reduction). The card shows target, progress and an "on track / at risk" badge; every night the platform evaluates: achieved (even early) or missed at the deadline, each with its event — and with the optional early warning, a forecast that stops reaching the target raises an "at risk" event on state change. Marked thresholds raise alerts when crossed, without repetition; an aggregate rule ("at least N critical items in the last Y days") completes the picture. Every event enters the standard pipeline: notifications, automations, alert-as-item.

Improvement
Reliable logo upload
Fixed the error that prevented uploading your company logo in production; when something goes wrong you now get a clear message instead of a silent failure.
