  Reconcile hand-written assignees

  From User management you open a panel listing every name that matches no user, with a search to find one right away. The counts are clickable: "36 items" opens the list already filtered on that name, "190 tasks" the matching search, and a flow name opens its designer — each in a new tab, so you don't lose your place. The "Reconcile" button asks whether to link an existing user, searching by name or email, or create a new one: in that case the usual creation form opens, except it remembers which placeholder you started from. Once done, the row stays with a tick and a link to the person who took the placeholder's place, so you can move on to the next name.

  Before rewriting, we tell you exactly what changes

  The confirmation shows how many items, tasks, phases and flow settings will be rewritten, with the numbers computed right then rather than when the page was opened: work can have changed in between. And when the operation touches phases or flow settings an explicit warning appears, because those are part of the process design and the change also affects flows already published. The warning shows only when it applies: if only items and tasks are involved it stays out of the way, so when it does appear it means something.

  Assignees you can read, not decode

  Wherever an assignee appears you now read a first and last name instead of an email address: in the item list, in an item's detail and in the task list. The technical value is still what you filter and search on, but it's no longer what you read.

  Field help in flow settings

  Added the missing help on eleven fields: folder and expected path, strict mode for the data schema, variables, KPIs, item SLA, alert policy, exclusion from statistics, AI summary, retention of completed items, and import/export. Each one links to the guide chapter covering that field.
