v0.75.3
July 30, 2026
An item that enters a phase gets its work, and your colour reaches all the way down the sidebar. An item that changed phase through a deadline arrived at its destination without receiving that phase's tasks: the flaw showed up on no screen, and at worst it left the item open forever, waiting for work nobody would ever create. Your brand colours, which started showing in the previous version, now reach the surface you look at most. And the designer stops wasting your time over codes, warnings and phases you want to remove.

Improvement
Work no longer goes missing
When an item changed phase because its time ran out, the move happened but the destination phase's tasks were never created: the phase looked configured for nothing. If that phase had a blocking task, the item stayed open indefinitely waiting for work that did not exist, with no errors and no warnings anywhere. Entry into the destination phase now happens in full, exactly as when the move is made by hand, and it applies to both routes: the ordinary deadline and the emergency exit from a final phase.

Design
Your colour reaches the sidebar
The primary colour now tints the sidebar as well, not just the buttons: background, hover, dividers, the organisation panel and the text levels all derive from the same base, so the bar reads as one surface rather than a dark background with foreign elements on top. It always stays dark and readable, even if you pick a very light primary. Highlighting moves to the accent colour at the same time — active menu entry, selected tabs, links — because with the bar now tinted by the primary, highlighting with the primary itself would blur exactly what needs to stand out. A button restores the primary and accent to their defaults, which are already calibrated, leaving your logo untouched, and every colour field now tells you where it will show instead of leaving you to find out by trial. If you have not set any colour, nothing changes: the look stays exactly as before.

Improvement
The designer wastes less of your time
The flow code now writes itself as you type the name, just as it already did for phase and task codes: before, the field stayed empty and the code only appeared after saving. If you customised it by hand it is left alone, and on a published process it stays behind the explicit confirmation, because it is the key your integrations call it by. A successful save that also carries a warning no longer looks like a failure: the success appeared in one corner of the screen and the warning in the opposite one, for less time, so you only ever read the warning — now they arrive together, in the same place and in the right order. Deleting a phase that still contains work explains which phases are blocking it and how much they hold, in your interface language. Marking a phase as final no longer silently adds steps that publication refuses, and the emergency exit stays visible in the diagram as before. Finally, warnings about removed role references followed by an empty list are gone: they alarmed without saying anything.
