A smaller, verifiable distribution. No feature changes: the backend now contains production dependencies only, migrations have a dedicated image, and every release publishes image inventory and provenance.

Clean builds, atomic releases
Tests and leftovers from previous builds can no longer enter runtime artifacts. Backend, migrator and web are published under the same tag and can be upgraded or rolled back together.
