v0.81.0

August 9, 2026

Your flows travel, your work stays safe. Duplicate a flow with one click, import it from file, paste or URL, share it across installations with an expiring link. And every change made from tabs, guides or services is now visible to the designer save: no more silent overwrites.

  • Feature

    A flow that truly travels

Export now carries the entire design configuration: release policies, per-status forms, retries, sequential tasks, event subscriptions, assignees and complete event definitions with their schemas. And the documentation explicitly declares what does not travel — no surprises on re-import. Definitions already present at destination are never overwritten.

  • Feature

    Duplicate and import three ways

New **Duplicate** action on the flow card: deep copy, immediately ready as a draft. The "New flow" popup now has its third path: import from file, paste JSON or point to a URL. And from a flow's settings, import creates a new version of the same family — or fills the freshly created empty version.

  • Feature

    Share across installations

Generate an expiring link (from 30 minutes to 7 days, or custom), multi-use and revocable, with an access counter. Recipients import the flow into their own installation straight from the URL. Informed care: whoever holds the link sees the flow's full configuration — the dialog now says so clearly.

  • Security

    URL import with network guards

URL import is protected properly: HTTPS only, redirects re-checked at every hop, size cap, timeout, private addresses blocked. And the downloaded document goes through the same defenses as file import: no privileged channel.

  • Improvement

    Everyone's work, visible to everyone

Applying guides, reconciling assignees, editing variables, fields, KPIs or schemas from another tab now advances the flow revision: the designer save notices and restarts from the right base, instead of silently overwriting. On conflict, one click and you pick up where you left off.
