v0.83.1

August 14, 2026

The 0.83 release is now more robust in real-world cases. Retries, versions, timeouts, and SLAs produce reliable outcomes; export and duplication preserve the design; Events gains recovery tools; compare and Analytics costs reflect the same runtime reality.

  • Security

    Retries and completions without duplicates

Creating or importing a new version is idempotent: double clicks and retries return the same result. Manual completion can also identify the exact execution, so a late outcome never lands on the wrong task run.

  • Improvement

    More faithful export and duplication

Export and import preserve more operational settings, while Duplicate now carries flow variables too. Forms and embeds reject unsafe URL schemes, and sharing redacts credentials even when they appear in the path. A 0.83.1 export requires a 0.83.1 or later destination: the strict 0.83.0 importer does not accept the new fields.

  • Feature

    Observable and recoverable Events

The Events page shows where each definition is used. Admins can also inspect dead letters with redacted payloads, replay them, or archive them without working blindly on the database.

  • Improvement

    Complete comparisons between versions

Compare now uses the same complete document as export: variables, SLAs, timeouts, tasks, rules, views, and events no longer disappear from the diff. Comparison stays within one family, avoiding meaningless results between independent processes.

  • Improvement

    Reconciled Analytics costs

Totals and rankings use the same population and period. Historical work remains attributed to the correct published process, demo data is excluded, and AI token cost is now included in the total. Families without a published version remain outside the totals.
