v0.85.3

August 23, 2026

**From the flowchart to the Procedure.** One click and the AI drafts a chaptered procedure — one per phase, with the activities, who performs them and the expected result, automatic phases included — which you review and save in ActiveSOP, already linked to phases and activities. Phases now carry their own guide, visible to whoever works on the item.

  • Feature

    Convert to Procedure

In the Flowchart the "Procedure" button opens a three-step wizard: choose name, code, language and hints for the AI; the procedure is drafted one chapter at a time with visible progress; then you review it inline — introduction and closing of each chapter, the text of each activity, single-chapter regeneration, preview and a counter of the points "to verify" — and save it in ActiveSOP. The structure is always the same: purpose, roles, conventions, one chapter per phase with a section per activity (automatic, AI, connectors and events included), transitions and timing.

  • Feature

    Linked from the first save

On a draft flow, "Link chapters to phases and tasks now" saves the procedure and the links in one go: every phase and every activity already points to its own section. A double submit never creates duplicates, and a chapter left empty is flagged as a point to verify, never saved silently.

  • Feature

    The phase guide

Every phase can have its own guide: you pick it in the inspector (procedure, version, section) just like for activities, the Flowchart marks it with a badge, and whoever works on the item finds it in the "Current state" card, ready to expand. The procedure page also lists the linked phases, and the "guide to realign" warnings take phases into account.

  • Security

References always within the tenant boundary

Phase links are validated on save like activity links, linked versions are read only within the organization's boundary, and a procedure linked even by a single phase cannot be permanently deleted.
