v0.85.4

August 23, 2026

**Documentation becomes the source of truth again.** A brand-new guide chapter on the Flowchart, every chapter realigned with the real product, technical references regenerated from the code and first-administrator setup fixed: what you read now matches what the product does.

  • Feature

The Flowchart gets its own guide chapter

The in-app guide has a brand-new chapter, in English and Italian: how to read your process in the three layouts, who does what and with which outcome, the paginated PDF, the "Convert to Procedure" wizard step by step and the phase guide. The AI assistant answers with this content too.

  • Improvement

The whole guide realigned with the product

Over one hundred fixes across every chapter: behaviours that were described backwards (deadlines, conflicting saves), the real deletion and health semantics of Process Maps, every AI-assistant tool now listed, administrators' two-step verification documented for the first time, a glossary linking guide terms to interface labels, and corrected infographics. English and Italian now share the same structure, enforced by an automated check.

  • Improvement

Setup: the first administrator can actually be created

On a fresh installation the first-run procedure could not create the first administrator. The installation kit has been fixed: the bootstrap key now works as documented, and automations get the recommended path of scoped keys with expiry. Existing installations don't need to do anything.

  • Improvement

Technical references regenerated from the code

The API reference now covers all 390 endpoints with their real authentication and roles, architecture and data model mirror the code, and a new runbook walks on-premise installations through upgrades, flagging in advance the steps that need attention.
