v0.86.14

September 7, 2026

**Diagnostics and usability:** document uploads that reveal nothing to those who shouldn't know, a keyboard-navigable Library, and a "Preview" that appears only where a preview truly exists.

  • Security

    Uploads without clues

Uploading a document to a non-existent flow, another organization's flow, or outside the key's permissions always produces the same neutral error — small differences between messages previously allowed deducing which flows existed. And the rejection happens immediately, before downloading files or queuing work.

  • Design

    Keyboard-navigable Library

Opening a Library document is now a proper control, reachable with Tab and Enter and announced by screen readers; on close the focus returns where it was, and row buttons no longer open the viewer by accident.

  • Improvement

    "Preview" keeps its promise

The "Preview" action appears only for formats the system actually renders (PDF, supported images, audio and video); for everything else the action honestly says "Download". Also fixed a historical defect that opened an empty panel on some particular formats.

  • Improvement

    Quality campaign completed

This release closes the campaign born from early September's verification cycle: eighteen integrity, protection and operations interventions across three versions, each passed through independent reviews. Deferred work is publicly tracked in the backlog — nothing is left unsaid.
