  Multi-version Monitor

  A flow's page now shows items from **every version**: table, kanban, calendar and counters aggregate the whole family, and each item carries a badge with the version it was born on. Running items keep executing their own version; new ones start on the published one.

  Document fields and new versions

  Creating a new version of a flow no longer resets Document field settings (multiple files, accepted formats, max size). Installations already affected by the defect are healed automatically on upgrade.

  Starting a process with Document fields

  A Document field in the start form no longer blocks item creation: it appears as a placeholder and documents are uploaded during execution, from the item detail. Direct upload from forms arrives as a full feature in the next release.

  Phase forms on published versions

  In the designer of a published version, the phase form is now read-only with a prompt to create a new version, instead of accepting edits doomed to fail on save.
