Storage erasure for deleted tenants
Permanently deleting a tenant now triggers an automatic, certified cleanup of its files: a **7-day grace window** (configurable) during which a backup restore recovers everything, then a verified emptying of the container with persistent proof (files and bytes deleted, outcome, date). On errors the process retries forever and flags the stall to the administrator — never a silently forgotten file.

Erasure control from the admin page
The tenant admin page shows every cleanup in progress with status, counters and proof; "Run now" skips the grace window after confirmation, "Retry now" immediately unblocks a stall.
