v0.87.4

September 11, 2026

**Document Library with folders and per-folder permissions, redesigned expression picker, estimated costs in the AI call log:** shared documents are organised in folders, each with its own read or manage permissions for users and roles; in the designer, properties are explored level by level and the Library is browsed by folder; every recorded AI call shows what it cost.

  • Feature

Folders and permissions in the Library

The Document Library is now organised in nested folders, shown as a tree next to the table: you can create, rename, move and delete folders, move a document from one folder to another without changing its reference in templates, search across all folders while seeing each result's path, and include subfolders in the listing. Each folder can have its own permissions — read or manage — for individual users and custom roles, inherited from parent folders; a folder without its own permissions stays open to everyone as before, while one with permissions shows a padlock and opens only to those listed. Administrators always manage everything. The same permissions apply to AI assistants, MCP tools and automations, which only see the folders accessible to the key's owner; flow templates keep resolving the documents already chosen in the designer.

  • Improvement

    Two-mode expression picker

The designer's `{x}` picker now has two modes, chosen with two icons at the top of the menu: item properties (always the starting one) and the Document Library. Object properties, lists and Document fields open like folders, with the path highlighted and a button to go back, so a rich data form is no longer an endless list. The Library loads only when you choose it, is browsed by folder and queried with a search across all accessible folders; every document opens with its properties. Everything also works from the keyboard: arrows, Enter, Backspace to go up, Esc to close.

  • Improvement

Estimated cost in the AI call log

Every row of the AI call log now shows the estimated cost of the call, computed from the model's price list (the organisation's, otherwise the general one), and the top of the log shows the total for the filtered set, noting any models without a price list. The cost also appears in the detail and in exports. Fixed a defect where, when both a general and an organisation price list existed for the same model, the general one prevailed: the organisation's now applies, in Analytics too.

  • Design

Settings menu: AI settings and assistants split

In Settings, the "AI" entry becomes "AI settings", dedicated to providers only; assistants now have their own entry, "AI assistants", right below, followed by the "AI call log".
