**Per-folder flow permissions:** decide folder by folder who can see, work on and administer flows and their items, with three levels and rules inherited down the tree, enforced everywhere: interface, integrations, assistant. Plus, in the Library, extracted text can be corrected by hand and a document can be shared with an expiring link.

Feature
Per-folder flow permissions
A premium feature, switched on per organisation: on flow folders you can grant users, custom roles and system roles one of three levels, **read**, **write** and **manage**. A folder with no rules stays open to everyone as today; as soon as you add a rule it becomes restricted, and rules are inherited from parent folders. Anyone not listed does not see the flows, their versions or their items anywhere in the product: lists, searches, analytics, process maps, exports, integration keys and the assistant. The Administrator always keeps full access, the first rule on an open folder is written by flow designers, and every change to the rules lands in the activity log.

Improvement
The permissions editor in the Flows sidebar
On the folders you manage, a «Permissions…» command appears: search people, tick roles, pick a level for each and see the rules inherited from parent folders. Restricted folders show a padlock; if you can read a sub-folder but not its parent, the parent stays visible as a plain container. Moving a flow to another folder moves all of its versions together, so items in progress follow the new rules immediately. In the designer, the folder picker only offers folders you can manage, and a missing permission is explained with a clear message instead of a generic error.

Security
Same rules for integrations and the assistant
Integration keys and the Flow Agent honour the same permissions as the interface: whoever cannot see a flow does not see it through integrations either, and write or manage operations require the matching level. The conversational assistant, for every organisation, now lists and consults only the flows the chat user can see. Two small gaps were closed too: exporting a flow and an item's notes now respect the visibility of whoever requests them.

Feature
Extracted document text can be read and corrected
In the Library, when a document is «Ready» for the assistant, one click opens the extracted text: read it in the preview, correct it and save. From then on the corrected version is the one used by the assistant, automations and integrations; if you change your mind, one click restores the original text. When you upload a new version of the file, extraction starts over: the previous correction is not carried across, and the dialog reminds you.

Feature
Share a document with an expiring link
From a Library document's menu or its preview, «Share link…» creates a link valid for one hour, one day or one week (the installation may set a lower cap). Whoever receives the link downloads the file without signing in to FlowSharp, until it expires; the link cannot be revoked earlier, so choose the duration with care. Every share is recorded in the activity log, without ever recording the link itself.
