  Process maps now travel whole

  Export a map and you get the real processes inside, not an empty diagram to relink by hand. On import you choose whether to link to flows you already have, create new ones, or skip them, and a report tells you what happened to each one. You can also bring along sample data — just the rules to generate it, or real sample cases — so whoever receives the map sees it come alive right away, never with real data.

  Restricted folders are now restricted everywhere

  A security audit found secondary doors that let through people who should not have access: a flow's variables, its tasks in the calendar and counters, comparing two versions with credentials shown in clear text. All closed with the same rule already used for flows. A placeholder written in an alternate form (square brackets) no longer bypasses the ban on using the Library inside an Automatic script.

  AI assistants now say the real reason

  When an assistant attempts a transition that cannot happen, it now gets the same precise code as the REST API — no more generic "it failed". A key limited to certain flows no longer sees, in its own catalog, a tool it would have rejected anyway, and creating a case always returns the real identifier, even when the server generates it.

  Documents and Library get more precise

  A mismatched-file-type warning now tells a completely different format apart from a simple variant; a genuinely corrupted document is flagged as such instead of "not applicable"; and the text of a document in the Trash can no longer be edited by mistake.

  Precise deadlines, clearer analytics

  Phase deadlines now trigger at the exact second, never early. Deleting a phase no longer leaves its automatic event subscriptions dangling on the whole flow. The trend chart now states which population of data it is based on, and scheduled cases are no longer counted as already in progress. Correcting the outcome of an already-closed task now leaves a trace in the history.

  Health checks and the activity log, for administrators

  The installation's public health check no longer reveals how it is configured to just anyone: those who need to know more — an administrator, or a trusted tool with the right key — still see everything. The activity log now also tracks changes to variables, exports of flows, items and maps, and corrections made to an already-closed task.

  What's coming next, flagged in Settings

  Two new entries in Settings — Solutions and GitHub Integration — preview what is coming: grouping maps, connectors and rules into a single package, and syncing your processes to your organization's repository. They are flagged with a "Coming soon" badge, just like Agent and Integration Packs already are.
