From human to assisted decisions: prepare a Jev decision from a manual task, retain human review for uncertainty and inspect document context before automating.
-
Feature
Convert a manual decision
In a draft, you can convert a manual task with multiple outcomes into a Jev decision. Its code and outcomes stay the same; a preview prepares the context and question for you to complete the criteria. A warning explains when the confidence threshold needed for review is missing; empty criteria remain editable without blocking existing drafts. The default option keeps the original task in a manual review phase for uncertain cases, with copied exit rules.
-
Improvement
Document decisions with inspectable context
Jev context offers Library and case attachment text, with question templates for signature, type and completeness. Choose a limit and truncation strategy; Try shows characters used and the text actually sent. The preview respects your Library folder permissions. With Data Shield enabled, document text is replaced by a placeholder in the preview too.
-
Design
System 1 and System 2
FlowSharp labels Jev “System 1” and language models “System 2”, borrowing Daniel Kahneman’s well-known distinction: the former decide on closed questions, the latter reason and write. This is a product metaphor, not a scientific claim about models.
-
Integration
The same images from demo to customers
Customer delivery promotes the images already tried in the demo after CI on the same code and image startup checks. Internal, Demo and Released labels appear only in staging; stable installations show all changes through the installed version, including skipped intermediate releases.
-
Improvement
More reliable drafts and settings
A phase change preserves the JSON you are editing and signals that the data needs reconciliation. AI dialogs share focus and keyboard close behavior; map import presents consistent report codes and does not mistake discarded edge properties for credentials. An old automation halt no longer blocks a different phase.
