Global search refined: "Search" moves to the last row of the menu next to the arrow that collapses it, also finds the Guide and What's New, shows each flow once and explains why a result showed up; in "All Items" the filters are searchable by typing.

The magnifier next to the menu arrow
"Search" no longer sits among the sidebar entries: you'll find it on the last row, aligned with the others and with the shortcut beside it, to the left of the arrow that collapses the menu, only while the menu is open. With the compact menu use ⌘K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux, or / outside a text field: the shortcut always works.

One flow, one row
A flow with several versions now shows up only once in global search, instead of one row per version: you see the published version or, if none matches what you typed, the most recent one that does.

See right away why a result showed up
When search finds your term in the description of a flow, map, document or procedure rather than in the title, the result row now shows a short excerpt from the description with the term highlighted.

Guide and What's New in global search
Global search now also finds Guide chapters and What's New entries: a Guide result takes you straight to the exact paragraph, a What's New one opens the right release, already scrolled to the right month and card. Two new filters next to the others, with the same profile-saved preference.

Searching "flow agent" or "assistant" now finds it among Features: selecting it opens the assistant's panel instead of going to a page, exactly like the button in the bottom-right corner or ⌘/Ctrl+J.

Searching the Guide page now responds faster: typing no longer redraws the whole page, only the box and the results.

Searchable filters in "All Items"
The "All flows", "All statuses" and "All assignees" filters are now searchable comboboxes: type to narrow down the options instead of scrolling a long list. Everything else works as before (values, URL, session).
