  Watch the flow take shape step by step

  After you describe the process, the flowchart first shows phases and connections, then tasks, assignees and expected times. You can open the Draft in the Designer as soon as the structure is ready. If a step encounters a problem, retry only that step without losing work already saved.

  The API guide distinguishes ordinary transitions, which respect the flow’s start roles, from the emergency force reserved for Admins.

  Outbound webhooks signed through the API too

  New outbound webhooks created through the API are signed by default, just like those created in the interface. You can explicitly disable signing at creation; existing integrations keep their setting.

  Recognizable repeated imports

  Integrators importing maps through the API can distinguish a new import from replaying a completed request, without creating a second map. Conflict messages clearly identify map imports.

  Short wait while a phase is prepared

  If you try to change phase while the engine is preparing it, a specific message invites you to retry after a few seconds. Integrations receive the same short interval, without waiting for the recovery deadline for interrupted entries.

  Recognizable assistants in history

  New actions by external assistants show the client or integration key name in history, keeping who acted separate from the person they act for. Existing history stays unchanged.
