v0.93.9

October 4, 2026

Cases awaiting start confirmation are now easy to find, have a deadline, and can be rejected with a reason. A case created by an external assistant on a flow that requires confirmation no longer stays out of sight: a dedicated filter finds it, a badge on the flow shows how many are waiting, a configurable deadline warns or rejects it automatically if nobody decides in time, and whoever can start the flow can explicitly reject it with a reason — without deleting it.

  • Improvement

Filter and badge for cases awaiting confirmation

In the Cases list a dedicated filter isolates cases awaiting confirmation, and another one separately isolates those whose deadline has passed but are still waiting for a decision. On the flow card (and in its detail) a badge shows how many cases are waiting, with a direct link to the already-filtered list.

  • Improvement

    Configurable deadline and reminder

Any flow can have a confirmation deadline, in hours or days: once it passes, the case can either reject itself automatically or stay waiting with an expiry notice, whichever the flow's designer chooses. A newly created flow starts with a 7-day deadline and automatic rejection already set, changeable at any time from the flow's settings. When a deadline is set, whoever needs to decide gets a reminder before it arrives.

  • Improvement

Rejection with a reason, without deleting the case

Next to Confirm start, whoever can start the flow now finds a Reject button: it asks for a reason and closes the case without starting it. The case is not deleted — it stays available, with the reason and who decided visible in its detail and history.

  • Improvement

Same information from integrations and the extension

Anyone connecting FlowSharp to an external assistant or another application finds the same information about cases awaiting confirmation outside the web interface too: an entity's card opened from the browser extension flags a case awaiting confirmation together with its deadline, and a rejection or an expiry show the same dedicated label there as well.
