v0.94.0

October 6, 2026

A second assessment for uncertain cases, with a person as fallback.

  • Feature

System Two between the fast decision and the person

System One tasks configured with the decision ladder can ask System Two to assess uncertain cases. Questions remain the same and answers use the configured thresholds; System Two starts from the context without seeing Jev's answer. Each provider applies its own shielding policy. When a person is needed, automatic values are not saved before fallback. The rationale enters case data only when an explicit destination has been configured.

  • Improvement

Configure and compare the ladder in the designer

System One tasks show the System One, System Two and Person steps, including when using a preset. Try warns about real calls and cost before the click, shows results side by side and distinguishes automatic writes from human fallback. AI configuration lets you disable the second model for the entire organization. Task details show actual steps; the AI Call Log lets Admins filter by step. Flowcharts and PDFs show configured steps. Confidential-field warnings name the properties and provider involved.

  • Improvement

Consistent AI cost in Saving Challenges too

Ladder cost adds each evaluation at its model’s price. Daily snapshots used by Saving Challenges follow the same rule as Analytics and KPIs, without counting tokens twice. Snapshots already recorded keep their values.

  • Improvement

    Clear human fallback conditions

Enabling Person in the ladder covers uncertain answers, review outcomes and errors. If you choose only some conditions, the path says so and warns about partial coverage. Opening an already configured task preserves its choices.

  • Feature

    Human fallback for Integrations too

An Integration task can ask a person to intervene after a permanent error, after configured attempts or when the response is outside the expected automatic outcomes. Configure instructions, assignee, human outcomes and a note in the designer; the work appears in the same queue with the Fallback badge. The person decides on the original task and the flow uses that outcome. Discarded response data is not applied. A missing callback follows the normal timeout; Event tasks retain their existing behavior.

  • Improvement

    The menu speaks Italian

Italian navigation labels have been localized: Process Maps, Tasks, Library, Saving, Backlog and Help now read as Mappe di processo, Attività, Documenti, Risparmio, Iniziative and Guida. The same names appear in global search groups and page titles. The English interface is unchanged.
