v0.97.0
October 9, 2026
Plan features and limits, consistently applied.
-
Feature
Features available under your plan
Premium features show a clear notice when the plan does not include them. Pages remain usable while rights are loading; refreshes retain the last known state. SuperAdmins can review installation and tenant rights in License.
-
Improvement
Shared limits across all channels
Creation, imports and reactivation follow the same limits for flows, users, tenants and assistant keys. A new flow version does not consume another slot. Interrupted imports show components already saved so you can decide how to continue.
-
Improvement
Suspension preserves reads and work in progress
A suspended license allows data viewing and license management while preventing new writes. Cases and automations already started continue. Observation mode keeps features available and collects counters for SuperAdmins.
-
Security
Integrity diagnostics and signing key notice
The License page shows copyable build and licensing fingerprints. If the portal announces an unknown signing key, it advises updating FlowSharp before rotation; it never imports keys automatically. A key discovery error does not interrupt a valid synchronization.
-
Integration
Repeatable registration and administrator invitation
The control plane can retry registration without creating a second tenant. The first administrator can set a password through an email invitation valid for 60 minutes. Without configured installation email, passwordless registration is rejected before creating the tenant.
-
Improvement
A more precise Flow Agent for flows and cases
The assistant lists recently updated flows with version and date, points to the What's New page for product updates, and shows cases and flows as in-app links or cards, never as raw text.
-
Security
Confidential fields protected on write
Sending a masked confidential value back to FlowSharp, from an assistant or an integration, no longer erases the real value: the field stays unchanged and the response says so. A masked value on non-confidential fields or when creating a case is rejected.
-
Improvement
No duplicate automations after re-entering a phase
A scheduled retry for a task superseded by a newer one no longer runs, even if the case left and re-entered the phase; “Retry” on a superseded task is rejected. Completed automatic tasks can no longer be set to failed or running by hand: only Retry, Skip and Resolve remain available.
-
Improvement
Sample cases under control
Imported sample cases stay inert while their flow is a draft and can be deleted individually beyond the initial phases. If a required entry task is missing after publication, start a new case from the published flow.
