  Faster events and automations under load

  Events for different cases are processed in parallel and queues drain much faster at peak times, while arrival order is still guaranteed for the same case. A failing event no longer causes the others processed with it to be repeated.

  Complete CSV export up to 50,000 cases

  CSV export of cases now works on the largest flows too, up to the stated limit of 50,000 rows, producing the same file as before with a stable order between exports.

  Case history that stays light

  For cases with a very long history, the timeline shows the 2,000 most recent transitions and tells you when the displayed history is partial, keeping the page fast and the system stable.

• Integration

  History for AI assistants with limit reporting

  The MCP tool that reads a case history applies the same limit of the 2,000 most recent transitions and states it in the response, which is now an object with the history, a truncation flag and the applied limit. Integrations that read a plain list must read the history field.

  Enterprise SSO and Control Room coming soon

  Settings now shows two new premium features marked “Coming soon”: enterprise SSO sign-in and the Control Room. They are previews without active functionality, described in the guide.
