Every installation is activated with a license
A FlowSharp installation without a license remains viewable but accepts no changes until it is activated. The SuperAdmin is guided to the License page to activate a license or request a free trial license; other users see a clear notice. On a new installation the first registered administrator becomes SuperAdmin.

Roles and plan in the user panel
The role badge shows how many roles you have (“Admin +2”) and lists them on hover. Administrators and SuperAdmins also see the current plan with its expiry date and a link to the details. Your profile has a new “My roles” section describing each role.

Process Maps: search, filters and views
The Process Maps list has the same toolbar as Flows: search, status filter, card or list view, and sorting by recent change or by name. Your view and sorting choices are remembered.

A complete Dashboard on the Free plan too
The Free plan now includes the Dashboard overview. Sections not included in your plan show a notice instead of an error, and the rest of the page stays available.
