v0.98.1

October 16, 2026

Unambiguous numbers in rules, an organization currency and the foundations for external participants to work on cases.

  • Improvement

Numbers in rules, one single rule

In rules the decimal can be a point or a comma: 1,5 means 1.5 and is saved as 1.5. The thousands separator is never used: 1.500,25 or 1.500.000 are rejected on save and import, and the editor flags them right away with a preview of the value that will be saved. Rules already saved with a comma keep working, and publishing warns you about the ones to review.

  • Feature

    Organization currency

In Settings → Organization you choose the currency FlowSharp uses to display map costs, What-If, Saving, KPIs and task cost units, including exports and notifications. The format follows the user's language. No data changes: amounts stay plain numbers.

  • Feature

    External participants: the foundations

The engine can now recognize an external participant in a case: a "participant" field type, a "Collaborate" phase where a task can be handed to someone without an account, and a completion recorded in the history as the action of an external party. Nothing is sent yet in this version: the portal, alerts and interface arrive with the next updates. An external assignee is allowed only in Collaborate phases; elsewhere it is rejected with a clear message.

  • Improvement

    Fixes and polish

Development dependencies updated after the security audit and test suites more stable under load.
