Feature
Information requests: Skip and Confirm
An "Get information" task can be skipped, if the flow allows it, and confirmed when the data has arrived but needs a human look. Task lists and details show which fields are missing, never their values. Note: via MCP too, the skipped outcome now really skips the task and requires skipping to be allowed.
-
Feature
Platform AI providers with consent
AI providers made available by the platform apply to your organization only with the Admin's consent, given from Settings → AI, where you see which provider, model and vendor receives the data. Until then AI tasks relying on a platform provider stop with a clear message. New organizations start with data minimization towards AI enabled.
-
Feature
AI call registry on by default
Every AI call tied to a case leaves a trace: requested and actual model, parameters, text fingerprints (never the text), kept for 180 days. An AI outcome without its trace is no longer saved. A provider with a trace cannot be deleted: it gets deactivated.
-
Improvement
The human fallback stays human
When an AI task hands the decision to a person, only a person can close it: from the browser, the extension, via MCP with an agent or from the external portal. Engine, timeouts and automations cannot.
-
Feature
Terms of use and privacy notice
On first access we ask you to accept the terms of use; links to the privacy notice and terms are on the login page and at the bottom of every page. The Flow Agent opens every conversation reminding you that you are talking to an AI, and AI-written texts forwarded by email, event or webhook carry a recognizable mark.
-
Improvement
Retention and cleanup
Expired sessions, tokens and technical data are cleaned every night. Cases are never deleted on their own: if a flow has no retention, a notice appears in Organization. Container logs rotate and backup dumps have a maximum age.
-
Improvement
A sturdier engine
Final-phase automations always finish their work after the case closes, without touching its data; a forced transition concurrent with a data edit yields a consistent history and snapshot; leaving a phase during entry leaves no orphan tasks.
-
Improvement
Faster Process Maps
The Process Map list with previews opens in a fraction of a second even with a hundred large maps.
