  Contextual help in Process Maps, Saving and SOPs

  Every Process Map field has its "?": node and edge inspector, map settings, versions, comparison, import, what-if, copilot, automations and toolbox. The same goes for Saving (challenge, baseline, simulation, amendment) and SOPs (pages and wizard). Renaming a map is safer: opening the help while typing does not save, the name is saved once when you leave the field, Escape cancels.

  Contextual help in the Library, users, license and portal

  "?" badges on the document list (table and cards, with a single badge for the "Agent context" and "New version" group), on the document sheet, on folders and their permissions, on share links and extracted text; on user sheets, profile and photo, license activation and registration, category permissions and assignee reconciliation. On the public portal, participants get help on the requested data, the outcome, the chat and the attachments, with the full text and no links to the internal guide.

  Help on the less obvious Case and Task filters

  WIP, Legal hold, deviated, automation stall, flow and confirmation waits, calendar date, "Auto" in tasks, typed assignee and "mine and in my remit" now explain what they filter. Search, flow, phase and dates stay as they are; the bar takes the same space, with tighter spacing.

  Plans: FlowSharp AI credits, AI tasks everywhere, your own providers from Optimize, tutor and FlowBrain

  FlowSharp AI is the default provider of every plan, Free included, with monthly credits (0 Free, 1,000 Measure, 5,000 Optimize, 10,000 Automate). AI tasks and AI flow generation are included in every plan. Your own providers (BYOK) start from Optimize. Each plan states the included human tutor sessions (0, 1, 2 or 4 thirty-minute calls). FlowBrain, your organisation's knowledge available to the AI, comes in two levels: Light from Optimize and Full from Automate; the Settings entry is already there with a "Coming soon" notice.
