  External participants: data entry from the portal

  A "Get information" task assigned to an external participant opens in the portal a form with only the requested fields: the participant can fill it in several steps, the data enters the case with the same validation rules as internal fields and, once the information is sufficient, the link closes and the participant sees "received". Restricted documents stay read-only. Automatic sending of the link for these tasks comes in the next version: for now the link is taken from the case.

  Flow Agent: you can see it working

  A light signal runs along the panel border: discreet while waiting, bolder and faster while the answer is being prepared. The icon in the bottom bar sparkles and spins while working, even with the panel closed; reopen it and the answer is there. With reduced motion enabled in the system there is no movement, only a highlighted border.

  Guide: cross-references fixed

  In the Guide the references to the runbook and to the API reference no longer lead to a page not found, and the English chapters correctly link to the other chapters.
