  More reliable privacy requests

  The search for data subjects states when part of the flows has not been examined yet: an erasure is never marked complete without full coverage, the access export waits until preparation has finished, and flows without cases no longer hold up requests. In a request's detail you can see how far preparation has got.

  More robust Event tasks and task corrections

  An Event task counts as executed only once the event has really been emitted, and it can no longer fire twice or be lost if the case changes phase at that moment. If two people correct the same task together, the trail shows the value actually replaced, and a status change in the meantime is reported to you instead of being overwritten.

  Complete contextual help in the Designer

  Phases, tasks and flow settings now show the same contextual help as the other fields: timeout, iterations, work-in-progress limits, cost, effort, required outcome and feedback, SLA and data structure, with a direct link to the guide.
