  "Collaborate" phase in the Designer

  A phase can involve an external party: switch it on, pick the party among those declared by the form, the contact policy and the link expiry, and preview the page they will receive. A "Participant" field in the form collects name, email and channel; the manual task is assigned to the external party. Requires the "External collaboration" entitlement.

  External participants in the case

  The case shows who is involved from outside, the link status (active, expired, used, revoked), accesses and the last delivery. You can revoke the link or regenerate it when expired or already used; the history records every action by the participant.

  Public portal page

  The participant opens the link and finds a simple page, in Italian or English, with the organization's branding: their task, the useful data read-only, the outcome to choose, the information to fill in and the documents to upload. No login, no other pages, no trace left in the browser.

  Information requests delivered automatically

  "Get information" tasks assigned to an external participant now send the link according to the contact policy, with reminders; once the information is sufficient, the alert closes by itself.
