  Sensitive fields in lists

  In the Designer you can protect one field of every element of a list (for example each person's tax code) with the persone[].cf syntax: the other data of the element stay readable and searchable. Already saved history is masked accordingly.

  Antivirus check on documents

  If the installation configures a scanner (ClamAV), every uploaded document is checked before it can be downloaded or read: during the check it shows "Scanning", an infected file is blocked and reported to administrators. Without a scanner nothing changes.

  In the Data tab you see which lists contain sensitive fields and can add one with a click; warnings about the shape of sensitive fields stay visible.
