FlowSharp
Governed AI Process Orchestration

Governed processes.
AI under control.
Measurable ROI.

The work that gets lost between emails, spreadsheets and chats becomes one clear process: every step tracked, AI where it pays off, savings proven with numbers.

Platform Overview

The Manifesto

Improvement starts with real work

Seven convictions and nine principles, independent of the platform. The pledge we keep with those who govern a process.

  1. We believe improvement begins with understanding real work.
  2. Every process must have a recognizable purpose, clear responsibilities and observable results.
  3. Technology finds its place when it contributes to that purpose.

The M.A.G. Method

Measure. Automate. Grow.

Three phases, one cycle that restarts from measurement. Each phase has a question, three steps and an outcome.

  1. MMeasureMake visible; measure; choose.
  2. AAutomateSimplify; orchestrate; put into operation.
  3. GGrowVerify; put value to use; replicate.
MAGM.A.G.The cycle restarts

Before and After

See the difference a governed orchestration platform makes.

Before FlowSharp

  • Processes in isolated email, Excel, chat and ERPs
  • Technical automations hard to explain to business
  • AI used ad-hoc with little governance
  • No real baseline of time and costs
  • Dependency on key people
  • Isolated n8n workflows

After FlowSharp

  • One unified flow with states, tasks, data, events and history
  • Automations inside an understandable, measurable process
  • AI with minimized data, shields, audits, policies and approvals
  • KPIs, lead times, task costs, savings and ROI
  • Explicit, tracked, repeatable process
  • n8n as executor within a governed lifecycle
