Phase A · Automate
Automate: simplify, orchestrate, put into operation
How do we build a better process that can be used every day? Outcome of the phase: an operating improvement with controls, owners and active measures.
The future process
You design the future process, removing superfluous steps first. For each activity you establish the input, expected outcome, performer, rules and how problematic outcomes are handled.
Orchestrating different performers
The implementation may combine FlowSharp, n8n, external services, small applications, AI or voice agents. External actions must return to the process at least a reference to the case, a status or outcome, and the evidence needed for verification. Where prior control and approval are required, the constraint must be applied before the action with real effects.
Testing and going live
Testing involves the operators and covers ordinary cases, correct rejections, incomplete data, integration errors and recovery. You define support, a fallback path for when the automation is unavailable, and the criteria for stopping or correcting the release.
Evidence to produce
Future process; assigned initiative; configurations and instructions; acceptance tests; operational ownership; measures after release.
Transition decision
The owner accepts operational use after testing on the agreed scope. The go-live date opens the observation period for results; verification of the benefit takes place in the Grow phase.
