Hand-written names now link up and move from wherever you are looking at them. The previous version brought assignee reconciliation; this one closes the two gaps that opened right after it. The clickable counts in that panel led to an error or an empty list, because the assignee filter rejected exactly the hand-written names. And an item could only be reassigned by rewriting that name everywhere it appeared: now you move one item at a time, from its own detail page.

Names typed by hand as assignees now link to real people, in a single move. Writing "Tiziana" before Tiziana exists in the directory is a legitimate way to sketch a process, but as long as that name stays a label the work produces no notifications or reminders. There is now one place to see the placeholders left, understand where they appear, and link them to a user.

Until yesterday all mail left through a single channel, configured once for the whole installation: every organisation received notifications from a sender that wasn't theirs. Two connected flows — sales pipeline and order fulfilment — are generated with about three months of realistic history (items in various states, processing times, costs and invented but plausible operators), a process map that links them, plus a baseline and a saving challenge already set up to tell the savings story. The hosting company invites by email; the invitee accepts from a dedicated page and can then switch between their own workspace and the hosting one with one click. Revocation always stays with the hosting company: the moment it is revoked, the external session drops immediately, even if already open.

Automatic runtime events are now selectable everywhere. When an item hits a phase timeout, reaches the work-in-progress (WIP) limit, exceeds max attempts, or breaches the flow SLA, XFLOW raises a dedicated event — and these events are now also registered, so you can finally subscribe to them, use them as triggers or in an Event task. Before, some were raised but never showed up in the dropdowns (so you couldn’t pick them), and others weren’t raised at all. No database migration.
